How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum. Express shipping is available at checkout if you need it faster.
Where do you ship from?
We're based in Houston, Texas and ship across the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard US delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on the item. Express options are shown at checkout.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it up.
Compatibility
Will this fit my camera or doorbell?
Each product page lists compatible models. If your device isn't listed or you're unsure, message us before ordering — we'd rather answer first than process a return.
Do I need a hub?
Most of our smart plugs, bulbs and sensors connect over Wi-Fi and work with Alexa or Google Home without a separate hub. Products that do require one say so clearly on the product page.
Do the solar chargers work with any camera?
Solar panels are matched to specific camera models by connector type. Check the compatibility list on the product page, or ask us with your camera model and we'll confirm.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Shopify's secure checkout. Payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available — just an email for confirmation and tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to catch it.
Returns
What's your return policy?
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right. Full terms are in our Refund Policy, linked in the footer.
What if it doesn't fit my device?
Send us a photo and your device model through the Contact page and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
